PLAYDAYTE accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
To safeguard your security, PLAYDAYTE does not store any credit card details. If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card details online, please fill in the Help Desk form and we will offer an alternative payment method.
Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
Your credit card order is processed by a large payment gateway provider. They process the transaction, but they are not privy to your contact details, or even your credit card details! Your credit card details are not kept in either our database, or their database, only the first few digits are kept for administration purposes.
The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as our parent company with no mention of PLAYDAYTE at all. The name that appears is generic & is "Mango Tree Digital PTY LTD".
Prices on playdayte.com include VAT/GST for all deliveries to the USA, EU countries and Australia. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as required by each country’s regulations.
Please be aware that orders made outside Australia may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As PLAYDAYTE has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
Shipping price varies depending on the customer’s location. Please take note of the applicable shipping fee when you place your order.
PLAYDAYTE uses courier services for most deliveries (i.e. Australia Post, DHL & UPS)
Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery which can influence the actual shipping/delivery time. These are unfortunately out of our control.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If the item(s) you ordered are currently in stock then we will pack and ship 99% of orders within 2 business days. The only exception to this is public holidays and weekends, when the order will be packed and shipped on the next working day.
We know how excited one gets when ordering something online (we are no different!!) so we completely understand that time is of the essence.
Rest assured - we've taken the necessary steps to protect your privacy!
Our orders are shipped via courier services and will be delivered in non descriptive cardboard boxes. We will send your parcel out with a printed label that shows the exact address that you used in the checkout process. The sender address will show our parent company "Mango Tree Digital Pty. Ltd." or the fulfillment companies we use to run our warehouse. Nothing on your parcel will mention PLAYDAYTE or anything descriptive.
Additionally, we can assure you that there is no way to feel the contents of your order through the packaging.
Discretion & your privacy are super important to us!
If you are not at home for delivery, a card will be placed in your mailbox for collection at your nearest post office or for redelivery at another time.
Alternatively, you can register for a parcel locker through Australia Post and use this address for delivery. When you collect the parcel, there is nothing to indicate it is from PLAYDAYTE. The sender address will be our parent ecommerce company "Mango Tree Digital Pty. Ltd.".

Your account will show that your order is “completed” once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the shipping company.
Please try the following if you are unable to place an order:
• Try the payment process again to see if it goes through.
• Place an order using a computer instead of a smart phone/tablet.
• Try Mozilla Firefox as our website tends to work best with this internet browser.
• If your payment is still not successful, please contact our Help Desk and provide us with a screen shot.
No worries! Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging with the hygiene seal intact!
Please understand that because of the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns of items that do not meet the aforementioned conditions. Therefore, returns will not be granted on used merchandise! If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days.

For obvious health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns once the product has been used.
Please understand we have this policy in place to protect you our customer and your health & wellbeing.
Absolutely, you can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have changed your mind.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 14 days.
Please include your name, order number and reason for return on the package or box.
